Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the delivery date.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges or replacements only in the following cases:

  • We shipped the wrong product.
  • We shipped the wrong size.
  • The product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing defect.

Size Selection

Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order.

As all our products are made-to-order, we do not offer free exchanges or returns if the customer orders the wrong size.

However, subject to availability, customers may request a size exchange for a fee of ₹299 per item, which covers exchange processing, logistics, and handling charges.

Please note:

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange request per order will be accepted.
  • The product must be returned in unused condition with all original tags attached.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are available only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong product and a replacement is unavailable.

To request a refund, please email us with:

  • Order ID
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Eligibility

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging wherever possible

We Cannot Accept Requests If

  • The product has been used or washed.
  • Tags have been removed.
  • The request is made after 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
  • The product has been damaged after delivery.
  • Minor color variations occur due to screen/display differences.
  • More than one exchange request is requested per order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

As our products are made-to-order, we strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing—we're happy to help you choose the right size.

Additional Note on Size Exchanges

  • Exchange Fee: ₹299 per item
  • Free exchanges are available only if we shipped the wrong product, wrong size, or if the product is damaged/defective.
  • Zenvy Haus reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection of the returned product.
