  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).
  • Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Exchanges are available for:
    • Size issues
    • Wrong product received
  • We offer:
    • Free exchange for size issues or incorrect items
    • Reverse pickup arranged at no extra cost
  • If the new product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.

  • Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases of defective or damaged products.
  • To request a refund, email us with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Clear photos of the product
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or provided bank account.

    • With original tags intact
    • Properly packed
  • Exchanges/returns will not be accepted if:
    • Product is used or washed
    • Tags are removed
    • Request is raised more than once per order

  • No return/refund for minor color or design variations
  • No refund if damage is caused after delivery
