- Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).
- Requests after this period will not be accepted.
š Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues
- Wrong product received
- We offer:
- Free exchange for size issues or incorrect items
- Reverse pickup arranged at no extra cost
- If the new product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.
š° Returns & Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in genuine cases of defective or damaged products.
- To request a refund, email us with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Clear photos of the product
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or provided bank account.

- Products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With original tags intact
- Properly packed
- Exchanges/returns will not be accepted if:
- Product is used or washed
- Tags are removed
- Request is raised more than once per order

- No refund for size issues (only exchange available)
- No refund on sale or discounted products
- No return/refund for minor color or design variations
- No refund if damage is caused after delivery

- Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery
